Upon completion of the restructuring in Aviation Industry, now China National Aviation Groups holding company, the parent company of Air China, is the controller shareholder of CAE, and China Eastern Airlines Group, Beijing Capital Airport, Guangzhou International Airport are the other major stockholders.
